How quickly do you make and ship the capes?
The “making” time depends on the model cape you order.
We need to produce your cape after you place an order.
We will do our best to ship your capes within 2 to 5 business days. (unless otherwise stated)
If your delivery address is outside the Netherlands, we currently only ship your order on Friday (the production time is not included).
What are the order and shipping costs?

Can I wash the capes?
The capes cannot/may not be washed and/or ironed, as this may cause the image/print to disappear/fade and/or fray.
I did not receive an order confirmation after placing an order. Is this correct?
No, that is not correct. You will automatically receive an order confirmation from us within a few minutes after your order. It happens when you order from a “Hotmail” or “Gmail” address, that the order confirmation ends up in the “junk folder”. If it is not there, please contact us. We can then manually email the order confirmation again.
where can i find my invoice?
You can easily download your invoice at any time if you have created an account with us. All your orders and invoices are neatly listed here.
If you do not have an account, you can always send an email with your order number. We will then email your invoice as a .pdf file as soon as possible.
How do points work?
For every order you place, you earn points that are added to your account once your order has been shipped. These points will then be available in your account and can be redeemed for rewards, products, or discount codes.
Your points are valid for 1 year from the date they are earned.
When you redeem your points, the reward or discount code will be valid according to the terms shown at the time of redemption.
Be sure to use your points before they expire so you don’t miss out on great rewards!
