Shipping & Delivery
USA -> Due to recent tariffs and uncertainties, the postal service has temporarily suspended shipments to the United States of America pending further clarification. Until then, we are unfortunately unable to ship goods to the US. This was announced in a statement from our shipping partners. Of course we follow this news from day to day, as soon as this is possible again we can immediately start orders to America again
Shipping? This is how we work.
We take great care of your product, and want you to receive it that way!
That is why we use multiple shipping methods to guarantee that…
– Your cape(s) are always sent in suitable packaging and therefore do not crease!
– If you choose a track and trace code, you can easily follow the package.
– We work together with PostNL and DHL, among others.
If your delivery address is outside the Netherlands, we currently only ship your order on Friday (the production time is not included).
For the options WITH Track and Trace code:
Your package will be offered to you, or will be in the mailbox. If you are not home, it will possibly be delivered to neighbors or you can pick up the package at the nearest service point.
For the options WITHOUT Track and Trace code:
If it is possible to send your products without a track and trace code, this option will appear with the shipping method to be selected.
We also point out that there is no track & trace code. We cannot track the product, which means that this form of shipping is at your own risk.
